Joe Baker
Joe Baker is a licensed Realtor® in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with Coldwell Banker Burnet in Apple Valley, MN. Approximately 95% of Joe's Real Estate Business deals with Short Sale Homes. He is an expert in working with Short Sales because he is not only knowledgeable, but has several years of experience in working short sales with different lenders. Licensed in 2004, Joe has consistently achieved sales successes that have recognized him in each brokerage that he's worked on behalf of.
Prior to working in the Real Estate Industry, Joe graduated from Osseo Sr. High School and then went on to attend and gratuate Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a degree in Computer Science. Joe spent almost 5 years in the technology industry for a major retailer here in the Twin Cities.

Tony Ashworth
Tony Ashworth was born and raised right here in Minnesota. He attended high school at Burnsville Senior High and went on an attended college at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri. A job transfer brought Tony back to Minnesota in 1992.
Tony started real estate in the spring of 1997, and he has never looked back.
During the past 12 years Tony has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people through their moving experience. The satisfaction that he experiences is seeing his clients truly happy with the entire moving process. That satisfaction of clients inspires Tony to serve more. Tony's mission is to have every client say, “WOW! I never worried about a thing!”
Tony Ashworth specializes in selling homes all over the twin cities metro area, with an emphasis being upper bracket homes in the Dakota and Scott County areas. The majority of Tony's business comes from referrals!
In the fall of 2000, Tony left the largest real estate company in the state to take on the role of President of RHS Realty. By November of 2000, RHS Realty had grown from 9 agents to over 260 agents and was one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the state.
In June 2008 RHS Realty was acquired by Coldwell Banker Burnet. The company where Tony started his Real Estate career. RHS Realty was a wonderful experience for Tony, and one that changed his Real Estate career. It has come full circle. As Tony says, "This is an exciting time for me! I will now be selling full time, and I have also been given the position of Vice President of Business Development."
Tony was married in March of 2002 to Lori, and we was blessed with four children, two girls and a two boys. (see photos in my photo album)
